• Schedule: Part Time | Flex Schedule - Working Evening hours during the week, working Day hours on weekends and holidays| Rotating weekends and holidays required
  • Rotating Schedule- Shift times: 
    • Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
    • Every Other Friday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
    • Every Other Weekend 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
    • Every Other Holiday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments
• Help maintain a positive and organized front office environment
• Assist serving residents in dining room during meal times, as needed
• Assist with planned activities, as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency with standard office systems and technology
• A friendly, professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities
• Ability to work within a senior living environment- preferably experience with elders with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia
