Construction Laborer Pay Rate – $23/hr. Job Description We are seeking dedicated and hardworking construction laborers to join our team. The role involves working on construction projects performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean‑up to aid daily operations at a construction site. Your contribution will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment while supporting the overall project. Responsibilities Perform demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean‑up tasks. Maintain a clean and safe construction site. Support daily operations and overall project goals. Utilize general clean skills to contribute effectively to the project. Essential Skills General labor skills with 3 years’ experience in a commercial or large residential job setting. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment. Experience with concrete, carpentry, forklift operation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. OSHA 10 certification and familiarity with scissor lifts, scaffolding, loading, and lifting. Competence in using a tape measure, hammer, and saw. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures. Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit. Ability to perform construction activities using various power tools and small machinery. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and instructions.
