Key responsibilities Build and grow relationships with employee benefits consultants and other key influencers in the employer health ecosystem Secure commercial agreements and formal partnerships with consulting firms and their client networks Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to deliver materials that support consultant engagement Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital health, PBMs, or healthcare services Proven success selling to or through consultants, brokers, or advisors Exceptional networking skills and comfort connecting with stakeholders at all levels Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage and grow a pipeline independently Willingness to travel to partner offices and industry events as needed
