Position Overview Recognition Media is looking for an Email Developer to flawlessly execute our email marketing communications, with the goal of helping the world’s leading creative and Internet professionals discover our award offerings, industry insights and more. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented and excited to learn about all things email marketing. Responsibilities Work within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to build, schedule, QA and send email communications that follow industry and brand‑specific best practices. Become a subject matter expert in email templating, design, QA, and audience segmentation. Troubleshoot solutions for common email problems both independently and in partnership with Salesforce Support. Strive to work smarter, not harder, by actively identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Take ownership of your role — ask questions, clarify process steps and owners, raise issues to team members in a timely way. Make recommendations to improve deliverability and engagement to email audiences. Leverage email tool queries/reports to troubleshoot problem areas. Experience 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or email marketing. Knowledge of email service providers like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and coding practices (HTML and CSS) for email clients a plus. Experience collaborating closely with multiple business stakeholders to complete projects accurately and on time. Highly organized and comfortable using workflow or project management software.
