As our Event Planner, you’ll bring events to life for clients, brokers, internal teams, and senior leaders; from intimate happy hours to multi‑day retreats and international programs. What You’ll Do Plan and execute a wide range of events Independently manage smaller and mid‑sized events end‑to‑end, while partnering on our major annual programs Lead logistics and operations Source venues (including onsite visits for major events) Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation and activities Manage registration workflows and attendee communication Support on‑site execution with full authority to resolve issues Drive organization and process Build timelines, task lists and event documentation Track expenses, manage invoices and support forecasting Create and improve templates and processes that help the team scale Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows Collaborate across the business and become a trusted partner with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services and senior leaders Why You’ll Love Working With Us The team is truly the standout here. Compensation Salary ranges (annual): Chicago: $70.8k - $85k New York City: $77.3k - $90k Richmond & Omaha: $64.3k - $85k Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
