Financial Analyst, Real Estate and Workplace Experience Finance Team The Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance and Transaction and Leasing Team, where you will play a critical role in driving excellence. The analyst will support Fidelity’s Real Estate and Workplace Experience organization, support expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties. This role is responsible for providing clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making for real‑estate operations. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective collaboration, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. The associate will support strategic insights to inform business strategy, support the execution of key initiatives, and help measure and evaluate business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis.
