Description

This isn't a "filing paperwork" internship—you'll be embedded in real HR work that directly supports our manufacturing team.

You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including:

What You'll Work On

• Support real recruiting efforts
• Help recruit for manufacturing roles
• Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
• Be part of the hiring process from application to new hires start date
• Enhance the employee experience
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Help answer employee HR questions and provide support
• Contribute ideas to improve engagement and communication
• Work with HR data & systems
• Maintain and audit employee records in our HRIS system
• Run reports and analyze basic HR data
• Support process improvements through better data accuracy and organization
• Improve HR processes & documentation
• Review and update HR documents, forms, and procedures
• Help streamline and organize employee files
• Identify opportunities to make HR processes more efficient (we love fresh perspectives!)
• Gain manufacturing exposure
• Partner with supervisors and employees on the production floor
• See how HR supports a fast-paced plant environment
• Learn how HR impacts safety, staffing, and operations in real time

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Must be actively enrolled in college (required)
• Completed at least 1 year of coursework preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Interest in employee relations, recruiting, and HR operations
• Comfortable interacting with employees in both office and manufacturing settings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
