Mission: Support legal work for private capital, contributing to high‑quality client delivery in fast‑moving, high‑volume contract matters. What You’ll Actually Do Support: Assist lawyers with first‑round markups of investment‑related NDAs and commercial contracts. Manage: Oversee document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and aid in execution. Collaborate: Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high‑quality client service across fast‑moving, high‑volume matters. Develop: Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities for client account ownership and progression towards qualification via the SQE route.
