Role: M365 Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant Mission: You’ll be part of an elite Organizational Change Management practice, helping organizations successfully adopt Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies. Your mission will be to guide customers through digital transformation by designing and executing effective change strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and improve collaboration, productivity, and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure technology delivers real business impact. Location: Remote in Washington D.C. Area. Salary: Up to 400K USD. Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities: Guide customers through digital transformation by designing and executing effective change strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and improve collaboration, productivity, and wellbeing. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure technology delivers real business impact. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in change management or technology adoption roles Demonstrated expertise delivering OCM programs for Microsoft 365 initiatives Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) and adoption best practices Experience leading OCM activities such as vision discovery, assessments, workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups Ability to design and execute communication, training, and change champion strategies Experience working with enterprise customers to assess, envision, plan, and oversee OCM programs Strong communication skills (written and verbal); creative and engaging communication skills are a plus Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative) and post-implementation reviews Ability to lead assessments with C-suite executives, IT teams, and end-users Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend process improvements and standardization Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to diverse organizational cultures Experience with GCC High migrations Microsoft Copilot deployment or Power Platform experience PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) Opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation projects Collaboration with a highly experienced and multidisciplinary consulting team Exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft technologies and emerging workplace solutions Professional growth within a respected and expanding OCM practice This role requires you to be based in the US and able to work on site in the DC Metro area as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
