Part time Nanny (live out) required for a Chelsea family with 2 children starting no later than early July 2026. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general the family is looking for a highly trustworthy, safety-conscious, and dependable caregiver to support their two boys, aged 8 and 4. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, caring, positive, comfortable maintaining clear boundaries, and proactive in managing the children's active schedules. The parents are looking to partner with another nanny (current nanny is retiring in June after 8 years) who is looking for a long term commitment. The primary focus is to pick up the boys from school (school is within walking distance) and provide engaging after school care - including after school activities, dinner, and evening routine.
A candidate who values outdoor time and has energy to sustain busy afternoons with two boys with busy schedules is key to this role! The candidate must have a safety first mindset, be highly organized, naturally proactive and a strong communicator. You will need to be someone who can show initiative and good instincts with daily tasks including managing schedules, playdates, and transitions to / from after school activities and sports. Basic daily meal prep and light cooking for the boys is required for this role. The parents value honesty, discretion and punctuality and surrounding their boys with strong role models. Candidates who enjoy educational play, love to explore/plan outings across the city and can adapt to the ever evolving schedules of boys will be a great match for this family!
