Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PC Technician:

• Fulfill IT hardware orders and manage the shipment process efficiently.
  
  
• Image new PCs and ensure they are ready for deployment, with a target of imaging at least 10 PCs per day.
  
  
• Receive, update, and track IT assets, maintaining accurate records in the CMDB.
  
  
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control processes on IT hardware to minimize issues.
  
  
• Ensure IT assets are correctly assigned and organized within the system.
  
  

• Proven experience in imaging PCs, with the ability to handle a high volume efficiently.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing shipments and maintaining detailed records.
  
  
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in asset tracking and quality control.
  
  
• Familiarity with IT hardware and asset management processes.
