Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and highly organized Inside Sales Specialist to lead front-line customer engagement and support the continued growth of the ReVive Hemoperfusion platform across the United States. This role is critical in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting long-term account growth within the veterinary healthcare market.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining strong CRM discipline and communication. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a passion for advancing innovative veterinary medical technologies. This individual should also have the willingness and ability to travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage outbound prospecting efforts targeting veterinary emergency hospitals, specialty hospitals, teaching institutions, and referral networks
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate closely with Regional Account Managers to support territory growth initiatives and strategic account development
- Conduct introductory sales calls, virtual product presentations, follow-up communications, and pipeline nurturing activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer activity within HubSpot CRM
- Assist in developing targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Schedule product demonstrations, evaluations, trainings, and customer meetings
- Support conference follow-up activities and post-event lead development
- Identify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions utilizing the ReVive HP System, ToxiClear, and CytoClear technologies
- Generate quotations, assist with capital equipment proposals, and support financing or trial program coordination
- Work collaboratively with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Maintain strong understanding of competitive technologies, market trends, and emerging opportunities within veterinary extracorporeal therapies and blood purification
- Participate in regular pipeline review meetings, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent sales or veterinary industry experience considered
- 25+ years of inside sales, medical sales, veterinary sales, or business development experience preferred
- Experience within veterinary emergency, specialty, critical care, medical device, or healthcare environments highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and customer engagement activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly growing organization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms
