Position: Solutions Consultant Location: Farmington Hills, Michigan Travel: Required as needed for customer meetings and engagements Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 Base Salary Required: Health Care Background Position Overview The Solutions Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that drive business value. This individual will work closely with customers, delivery teams, marketing, and sales to ensure customer expectations are aligned with Softura's capabilities and delivery approach. This is a highly visible role with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, passionate about technology, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with customers and gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. Translate customer requirements into scalable, practical technology solutions. Serve as the bridge between customers and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop realistic solution recommendations. Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and uncover new business opportunities. Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise and solution guidance. Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, presentations, and strategic planning discussions. Advocate for customer success while balancing business objectives and delivery realities. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly within healthcare and Microsoft ecosystems. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, technical consulting, customer success, or a related client-facing technology role. Strong healthcare industry experience. Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Azure. Experience working within a technology services, consulting, or systems integration environment. Prior experience embedded at a large health system or IDN in a consulting, advisory, or engagement leadership capacity. Domain familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle use cases — physician referral management, prior authorization, claim denial management, or supply chain automation. Experience with Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Service, or multi-agent orchestration patterns in a production context. Background working alongside a health system’s innovation, digital transformation, or AI center of excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for consulting organizations or large systems integrators such as Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, or Wipro. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations. Exposure to AI, analytics, cloud modernization, or enterprise application initiatives. Experience identifying and developing additional business opportunities within existing accounts. What Success Looks Like First 30 Days Learn Softura's service offerings, delivery model, and customer landscape. Develop an understanding of assigned customer engagements and business objectives. First 60 Days Begin independently supporting customer conversations. Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and create additional value. First 90 Days Operate as a fully functioning Solutions Consultant. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers while effectively coordinating with internal teams.
