Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40 -$43/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role description:
Experienced skilled Technical Writer to help build structured, high-quality SharePoint content for AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, organize, and maintain SharePoint-based documentation for AI tools and platforms
• Translate complex technical concepts (AI models, SaaS tools, workflows) into simple, user-friendly content
• Structure content to optimize readability, discoverability, and usability by both humans and AI agents
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather technical information and requirements
• Create documentation such as
• --Knowledge base articles
• --User guides and how-to documentation
• --FAQs and troubleshooting content
• --Process documentation and workflows
• Maintain consistency in tone, format, and structure across all documentation
• Continuously refine content based on user feedback and evolving AI capabilities
• Experiment with new documentation styles and AI-driven content approaches
• Ensure content aligns with fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment

• Create various types of documentation including user guides and FAQs. Continuously refine content based on user feedback.
• Essential Skills: Familiarity with Azure and related technologies is beneficial for understanding the technical environment.
• Experience in creating user guides and FAQs is a plus. Knowledge of documentation styles and AI-driven content approaches can enhance the quality of work. Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities is advantageous.
• Experience in user feedback incorporation is helpful.Proficiency in Technical Writing is essential for creating clear documentation.
• Experience with SharePoint is necessary for managing content effectively.
• Understanding of AI tools is important for translating technical concepts. Strong collaboration skills are required to work with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining consistency in documentation.
