Overview As a Classroom Teacher, you will lead a classroom of diverse learners, delivering engaging, high‑quality instruction aligned with state and school‑specific standards. You will create a safe, supportive environment where students are excited to learn and empowered to reach their full potential. By implementing strategies that address all learning styles, you will ensure each student thrives. Using data to inform your instruction, you’ll continuously adjust teaching methods to maximize student success. Compensation Full‑time Classroom Teacher Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary Sign‑On Bonus Retention Stipend Enrollment Incentive Stipend Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary) Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50 Benefits Medical, Dental, Prescription drug, and Vision Life insurance and Voluntary life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) – Vacation, Sick, Personal Franklin Academy is a Drug‑Free Workplace.
