In addition to our core services, we offer oil changes and, self-service dog washes at select sites. Our focus is on delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction across our network.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oil Change/Car Wash Location Manager to oversee daily operations at our Raytown, MO facility. This leadership role involves managing service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for automotive service excellence.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the oil change/car wash location, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing training and performance feedback
• Oversee vehicle oil changes, car wash, and basic repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and automotive parts necessary for operations
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with sales staff to promote additional automotive services and upsell opportunities
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools, performing or scheduling maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on oil change services
• Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership abilities
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate hand tools and power tools effectively
• Prior experience in sales or promoting automotive services is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
